Clover Club Cocktail

This May curious sippers can mix a silky botanical cocktail created by our ingenious Curio mixologist Yohann Thullier. Perfect for luxurious May evenings and as summer berries appear fresh at the Farmer's Market our Clover Club cocktail makes for a sophisticated and refreshing tonic. Ingredients

• 50ml Curio Rock Samphire Gin
• 15ml Raspberry Syrup
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 1 Free-range Egg White

Method Combine all the ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice to your shaker and shake once more. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh locally sourced raspberries. Enjoy!
