Three of The Coolest Gin Bars in the South West
If you're anything like us you'll be planning your summer staycation based on where you can get the best food and drink, so we thought we'd share some of the most insane gin bars to help guide those itchy feet to follow the gin. Or you never know, one of these might be right on your doorstep without you ever having noticed (unlikely we know, your fine-tuned juniper nose couldn't miss these gems).
The Canary Gin Bar- Bath
Offering over 230 different gins, The Canary is a gin-lovers paradise in the heart of the beautifully historic city of Bath. Try some unique Jane-Austen inspired cocktails (or Gin Austen', if you will) and once you've tried everything you can even take your favourites home in their very own shop. They also offer refills if you bring back their bottles, so you can save yourself some money AND recycle- win win!

Hyde and Co.- Bristol
Bristol's original speakeasy is the best place to order a gin-based cocktail from a beautifully-designed menu and soak up the low-lit atmosphere. Offering a pocket of mystery amongst the busiest area of the city, Hyde and Co. even has a secret room, and will make you feel like you truly are discovering a hidden gem.

Doctor Ink's Curiosities- Exeter
Winner of Food Magazine's Best Bar Award for 2018, this Doctor Ink's is a treasure-trove of gin cocktails that do more than just provide a tipple on your night out: they really tell a story. Nestled in a Grade 2 listed building in one of Exeter's oldest areas, you really feel like you're stepping into another time as you sip on a curious creation and admire the detail gone into creating marvellously mad gin bar.
