Ingredients
- 50ml Curio Rock Samphire Gin
- 25ml Dry Vermouth
- Sprig Rock Samphire to garnish
Method
Pour Rock Samphire Gin and dry vermouth in cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well, then strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of rock samphire.
