COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promotion is only open to mainland UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Curio Spirits Company, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Promotion Period: entries must be received by 23.59 on 31st August 2021.
  3. How to enter: Go to the Curio Spirits Company website (http://www. https://curiospiritscompany.co.uk/adventures and enter your details via the link on that page.
  4. Only one entry per person.
  5. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
  6. The prizes – The winner will choose their prize from following options:
    - Option 1 Four spaces on a Coasteer Session with Bare Feet Coasteer in Newquay.
    - Option 2 Four spaces on a surf lessons with Fistral Beach Surf School at Fistral Beach or
    - Option 3 Four spaces on a Sea Kayak session with Era Adventures in Polzeath
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a suitable alternative if required.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  9. Winner selection: the winner will be picked at random by Curio Spirits Company
  10. Winner notification: Winners will be notified by Curio Spirits Company between 1st September and 7th September 2021. In the event that the winner has not responded within seven days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
  11. Prizes must be redeemed by 30th September 2022.
  12. By entering, the winner agrees that they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the promoter or its agencies.
  13. By entering, the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize.
  15. The promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
  16. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

  18. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
