It’s our first award for Curio Blueberry Gin, and comes just a few months after the gin was realised to discerning gin drinkers in the UK. Rum Club to be held at the Greenbank Hotel

THE Greenbank Hotel has teamed up with Coyaba Rum to hold its first ever Rum Club. ERDF invests in new Curio bottle moulds

We received a grant from the BIG2 Project funded from the ERDF as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020 which partly funded a new mould which was required for our bespoke Curio bottle  we commissioned in Dec 2018.  Since then, the machine has produced over 28,000 items enabling us to plan for new members of staff and break into new national and European and international markets.

Christmas with Curio

Christmas time is Cornish gin time, and we’re going all over Cornwall this December spreading a little Christmas cheer – Curio-style. We’ve got a few tasting evenings coming up, like the ones at Scarlet Wines, Lelant, and at Charlie’s, at Redruth, where you can sample our range of award-winning gins. Curio, Cornwall’s pioneering artisan distillery, is celebrating a month of awards and exciting news. Their flagship gin – Curio Rock Samphire – has scooped a top award in the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC). This time Curio Rock Samphire was presented with a gold medal with a judge’s score of 90% to 92.9%, moving up from their silver medal last year. In our mission to continue to become more responsible with our products, we are currently undergoing a process to adapt our Curio Spirits bottles. Currently our bottles are produced in France, but in order to reduce our carbon footprint we are on the hunt for a UK-based company that can do the job for us and help us create a new bespoke Curio bottle.
