Tasting Notes to wet your whistle: Nose Fresh, bright green leafy notes, citrus, sweet flowers, Palate A soft mouthfeel with lots of herbal notes, piney juniper and warm coriander, to start, then sweet cinnamon and exotic star anise brings this gin to a tantalising pinnacle. Then we have the release of lime flowers and citrus, and a hint of sea spay. Finish Dry spice with aromatic rock samphire. Notes: Generally smooth and unique in character, with its salinity and herbaceous notes with sweet spice. There is a lovely richness inside the bottle that led by the juniper with everything playing nicely along to promote it.
